Join us for a Sauna Ritual and Sound Journey experience to celebrate June’s Strawberry full Moon. This micromoon carries energetic themes of abundance, joy, fulfilment, love and harmony. The practices during the evening will reflect the full Moon themes including cold water immersion and the heat of the sauna, which helps us stay attuned to ourselves and nature around us. Inside the sauna guests will experience an Aufguss ritual using the sauna fan and scent to create a therapeutic and deeply relaxing journey. This 2 hour session pairs the heat of the woodfired sauna with an outdoor sound bath and is designed to help you soften, exhale and relax.
