The November edition of Outside the Big Mac celebrates theatricality, performativity, and the historical depth of Berlin’s alternative music scene. The program embraces extravagant, costumed cabaret in the spirit of Berlin’s flamboyant nightlife and queer culture. At the same time, it continues the city’s long tradition of political songwriting inspired by Brecht, using music and performance as a medium for social critique. The tickets are at three prices, you choose what to pay. This is not reflected in the name: early bird is a social ticket, 1st release is the normal price, the 2nd release is for a supporter ticket.
