Petit Comité of House arrives at H0l0 Yard for its New York debut with founder Bastian Bux at the helm. Created in Barcelona, Petit Comité was built around a reaction to the direction modern club culture has taken in recent years. Bigger rooms, faster turnover, less connection. Bux wanted something that returned to the fundamentals: house music played with intention, a crowd that actually wants to be there, and an atmosphere that feels human from the moment you walk in. That mindset comes from experience. Before launching Petit Comité, Bux spent years touring internationally and became widely recognized through his residency with elrow, playing everywhere from Ibiza institutions to major festival stages around the world. As both a DJ and producer, he built a reputation for versatility, moving between soulful house, tougher club records, disco leaning grooves, and minimal driven selections without losing narrative flow. Petit Comité became the outlet for that philosophy. In 2025 alone, the concept traveled through Barcelona, Ibiza, Amsterdam, Miami, and Colombia, hosting 14 events across five cities and drawing more than 9,000 attendees. Alongside its residency at Barcelona’s Luz de Gas, the series has also expanded into unconventional spaces including flower shops and ice cream parlors, while collaborating with collectives and brands such as elrow, Brunch, Snowrow, Soulstice Colombia, and UNVRS Ibiza. The project’s label arm, Petit Comité Records, launched in 2025 and immediately found traction. Every release to date has entered the Beatport Top 10, including records like “Good Things,” “Life in Circles,” and “Only U,” earning support from DJs including Jamie Jones, Carlita, Mau P, Folamour, and A-Trak. Joining Bux is Chicago producer and selector Monty Kiddo, whose sets pull from disco, funk, French touch, UKG, and classic house. After sharing lineups with artists such as Dom Dolla, Gorgon City, John Summit, ANOTR, Jungle, and Chromeo, he has established himself as one of Chicago’s fastest growing names while also building his own “House Calls” event series. New York based Andrew Nak completes the bill. For its Brooklyn debut, Petit Comité brings the full experience with it: warm lighting, floral visuals, deep grooves, and a dancefloor built for people who still believe the small details matter.
