This Friday at 3 pm, come join us at the Pfeiffer Room in Hughes Hall for an insightful presentation by Praxis Pro Bono Advisory, a brand new student-led pro bono organisation! Praxis was founded by an internationally diverse group of students from multiple UK universities aiming to target a lack of meaningful work experience and pro bono opportunities. It works alongside law firms and non-profit organisations to give tailored research advice to the latter. Students serve in both administrative and research roles, and practicing lawyers maintain a purely supervisory capacity over the work. Come hear from the team about their inaugural year, what they’ve done to expand pro bono opportunities for students, their plans in 2026, and how students can participate in pro bono work from the ground up while balancing busy academic lives!
