Her poetic, observational lyrics and bedroom pop aesthetic blend seamlessly into a broader indie/alternative sound. Her debut EP, “It Could Have Been Nice,” was released Summer of 2024 alongside a sold-out headline show at Folklore Hoxton; following this Leonie supported Rachel Chinouriri on her UK tour. Gianna With a writing style that carries the wisdom and depth of someone far beyond her years, 23-year-old Gianna’s lyrics are full of enigmatic metaphors and clever wordplay. Not just introducing herself as a musician but mapping out the world that shaped her: Gianna is finding influence in everything from UK jungle and downtempo to Albanian folk. Moloney Born in Ballina, County Mayo, Moloney left home to move to London at aged just 18. His songs tell stories of loss, family, leaving home and finding yourself. Moloney’s story in music has already built an online following and army of young folk music fans discovering his voice and lyricism. Modern and alternative, his unique brand of folk music is nuanced and emotive.
