This 90-minute session will cover: Running and sprint drills Technique-focused movement patterns Agility, coordination and stride work A short sprint set to bring it all together The session is suitable whether youβre new to sprinting, running or simply want to improve how you move when you run. Expect a supportive, inclusive environment with plenty of coaching cues and individual feedback. Spaces are limited to keep the session personal. No experience needed.
