“Incredible… make sure you catch him live” - Gilles Peterson Rapper, poet, producer, firestarter. Songwriter, multi instrumentalist, raconteur… Diz (formerly Dizraeli) is a genre of his own. From his cult debut album Engurland / City Shanties (2009) to the explosive LP Joy Machine (2024) with its visionary mixture of hiphop, post-punk and jazz, he has always forged his own way. “Animated, soulful and incisive… hits every mark” - Mojo Now performing under the name Diz Undone, Diz continues to push boundaries in music and lyricism, with a cascade of new music coming in 2026 as part of his Love & Rage project, in his words “a collection of protest and world-building music, made to inspire fury, action and real change”. For Woodburner, Diz brings guitar, percussion, beats and songs from across his career, with unswerving humanity and a masterful sense of the absurd.
