House music icon DJ Spen is taking over Freight Brixton's rooftop for a summer day session! With a career spanning over three decades, the Baltimore-born DJ Spen is known for his eclectic and soulful sounds. First stepping behind the decks at just 13 years old, he went on to co-found the hip-hop group Numarx, later becoming a staple of the Basement Boys. In 2012, DJ Spen established the Quantize Recordings imprint, a force to be reckoned with in the soulful house scene. Now, he’s heading across the pond to London’s biggest rooftop venue for a day session filled with house, gospel and soul alongside Supa D, Booker T, Angie B, Teaser & Antiono Pascal.
