Leonie Biney has a talent for tapping into universal feelings of vulnerability. Her poetic, observational lyrics and bedroom pop aesthetic blend seamlessly into a broader indie/alternative sound. Her debut track ‘Beach Song’ found her a dedicated online audience, with many connecting to its tale of friendships fading. Her debut EP, “It Could Have Been Nice,” was released Summer of 2024 alongside a sold-out headline show at Folklore Hoxton; following this Leonie supported Rachel Chinouriri on her UK tour (including a sold-out show at Kentish Town Forum). She has further expanded her fanbase supporting the likes of Floweroflove, Amie Blu and playing BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
