METALWORKS - Is a free entry, legendary rock/metal covers band that have been playing in Camden for over 20 yrs. Featuring world class band members & special guests. \- Metalworks Presents A Tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd To Open FREE ENTRY To The Underworld BANK HOLIDAY BONANZA with live music till midnight…. We are back at The Underworld on Bank Holiday Sunday 3rd May. Our opening set will be paying tribute to American Southern Rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd. Before he died in March 2023, the last surviving original member of Lynyrd Skynyrd Gary Rossington said he hoped that the band’s music would continue to be performed even after he wasn’t around. Metalworks are very happy to oblige. This very special line-up features: Santiago Periotti – Vocals/Guitar, Rocky Valentino – Guitar, Robin Thunders – Bass, Felipe Amorin – Drums. After a short break, Steff will take the mic to continue the night with a classic rock set… and maybe a bit of metal as always. His main men are: Matt Pearce (Voodoo Six) – Guitar/Backing Vocals, Tony Parsons (Early Iron Maiden) – Guitar, Gus Macricostas (Saxon/Bigg Byford) – Bass, Jerry Sadowski – Drums. We’ll also be featuring special guests, including our regular vocalists Meltem & Onur Sinan Toğrul. Doors open 8pm. Lynyrd Skynyrd from about 8.45pm.
