Medieval Swiss folklore meets AI in this silly and surreal new caper from the incomparable Michael Brunström. ★★★★ "A joy" (Scotsman) Like Robin Hood, William Tell is a folk hero who symbolises defiance in the face of oppression. Most famous for shooting an apple off his son's head with a crossbow, he'll use it again to attack the AI algorithms that are designed to disempower, divide and distract us. Join his cry of "Death to the algorithm! Down with tyrants! Freedom for Switzerland!" ★★★★ "An artistic genius" (Skinny) ★★★★ "You will see nothing else that is so clever and funny" (North West End) Michael Brunström is a surrealist comedian based in London. His previous shows have covered topics as diverse as steam trains, John Constable's "The Hay Wain", parsley, the Great Fire of London and moths. He is a winner of the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality. His 2024 show "Copernicus Now" was nominated for the Best Show Award at the Leicester Comedy Festival. Part of Camden Fringe.
