Organisers can issue full refunds from the event dashboard. Here's how fee responsibility works:
- Host-initiated refunds — The host absorbs the booking fees
- Event cancellations — The host absorbs the booking fees
- Platform errors (e.g., duplicate purchases) — .tbc covers the fees
Refunds are processed back to the buyer's original payment method. Any pending refunds at payout time are deducted from the host's payout.
